LAPAROSCOPIC HIATAL HERNIA
A large hiatal can make it very difficult for a person to eat food properly. A large hiatal hernia can lead to pain with eating and regurgitation. It is a very commonly undiagnosed problem and if left untreated can lead to devastating complications (such as twisting of the stomach or aspiration leading to pneumonia). Dr. Chaudhry is one of few fellowship-trained surgeons that perform complex hiatal repairs in the Houston area.
